I crossed paths with Ellie Locke when we were both interns at Levy Restaurants HQ in Chicago. Though I was working in the creative design subsidiary and Ellie was working in New Business, our paths crossed constantly. Over the course of the summer, our relationship shifted from work colleagues to friends.
